Venus brings years of her own hard-earned & embodied wisdom on this path to more LOVE. Having navigated winding paths to self-improvement since 2008, it all finally clicked when she discovered that everything she desired was on the other side of how much sensation (aka toxic shame) she could witness & process through her body. She is committed to sharing her breakthroughs with compassion and directness to accelerate and alchemize other beautiful humans on their path to deep love, acceptance and unbridled passion for life.
Venus evolved from a corporate Human Resources Director in Chicago advertising agencies, to an Energy Healing Consultant who owned and operated Lighten Up Energy + Yoga in Chicago, to an entrepreneurial self-help Love Guide based in Durango, Colorado. With 16 years of experience, she is ready to be your loving guide on the path to healthy, loving relationships.
Venus has experience as a Reiki Master/Teacher, Bhakti Vinyasa Yoga Instructor (the yoga of love & devotion), in Transformational Breathwork, 9 years of deep contemplation with the Gene Keys, extensive personal psychedelic journeying, non-violent communication, IFS parts work, somatic movement and dance, and a substantial background in music and voice work.
Committed to her own growth and evolution, she finally discovered her deep underlying shame and internal dialogue and chose to turn toward those feelings, running head first into the storm - creating ceremony to somatically experience them, and coming through on the other side more alive, more loving and more embodied. She never stops in her pursuit to embody more of her soul essence in this body.
The Venus Oracle is the culmination of her life's journey to find love, satisfaction and fulfillment, and to share it with her fellow human beings on their respective paths.

About the process...
As an improvisational artist of love, Venus’ sessions are not particularly structured or planned. However, she has a unique non-linear approach to working with whatever is present in the moment. This creates more traction and time spent addressing real & present triggers (as opposed to purposefully trying to “trigger a specific emotional state”.) Clients experience a non-linear integration process of becoming more whole.
Through weekly calls & unlimited text/voice message support, Venus will guide you through various techniques including somatic experiencing, attachment theory, parts work, creating emotional art & ceremony, mirror work, tantric polarity discussions, and even look at how your natal astrology chart is uniquely supporting your hero’s journey (utilizing the Gene Keys).
